I wanted to share an excerpt of our most recent Psychic Content Coworking Session from last Wednesday, May 29. Plus, two special invitations for you, Reader.

In this video, we drop into an opening meditation moment to ground and regulate our energy bodies and nervous systems (most of my client calls and coaching sessions start with some grounding). This way, whatever work we do or conversations we have are rooted in a really solid, fertile soil.

Energetic protection and integrity are also really important to me. And, as empaths/highly sensitive humans who are especially receptive to the feelings and emotions of those around us, these energy hygiene practices help to keep us… well, sane lmao. They keep me showing up, doing my best to be soft and open, day after day. #protectthesoftness

Then, I share some updates and interpretations of some energies present in our collective which are being mirrored back to us in the cosmos through the current astrology. It’s always so curious to look back on a stretch of time and see how “the vibes” landed for us, personally. Don’t you think??

And, finally, the channeled transmission. It’s giving claireloquence! Sometimes these riffs come in live and in the moment, other times they come through in written format in the days/hours leading up to our session. This particular message downloaded the morning of - there were some things we needed to hear!!

What I love about The Club is that we stir up - and make art with - these powerful concepts and energies and bring them to life through our discussion and action. This happens live on calls and in our community group chat in between sessions. The vibrations of these words and the emotions they evoke for us, the feelings of curiosity and spiritual resonance and a sense of exploration… they get woven into the work we do together. Yum!!

They are the fabric of our coworking session—whether we’re intentionally working with them (think: inspired riff followed by 3 reflection prompts to help you connect to the content yourself), or not.

The language and content and concepts we engage with daily matter. What you consume matters. And as Qveen Herby says, the songs we listen to and the words we sing manifest.

So it’s our (your) (my) responsibility to do our part to keep the energy clean. Undistorted.

I don’t mean to say the energy always feels “good” (this is not a ‘positive vibes only’ household)

Rather, we feel the depths of it all—the highs, the squiggly squirmy I-want-to-crawl-out-of-my-fucking skin parts—and we trust that these waves will carry us safely to more solid ground. And we intentionally protect our energy (it is, after all, our most valuable resource)
